Langdon, Rocky View County

Langdon is a hamlet in southern Alberta, with an ever growing population bordering on 5,000 residents & is located 12 km east of the City of Calgary at the intersection of Highway 560 (Glenmore Trail) and Highway 797.

 

Langdon offers a variety of amenities including a number of small businesses, doctors office & shops in a 1908 themed row on Main Street. The theme is continued in the newest commercial development of town with a grocery store, pharmacy, Tim Hortons & more!


There are two schools, community field house, large park with a skate park, ball diamonds, and a new playground.


Langdon is also home to Boulder Creek golf course, a 6963 yard, par 72, 18 hole golf course located in the estate community of Boulder Creek.


In 2016 there were 96 Sales in Langdon with Sold Prices between $268,000 & $845,000. There are a variety of attache & detached home styles in Langdon with sizes ranging from 900 to 3000 square feet & large yard sizes.
